RaboDirect - 'Not Just Any Bank' Campaign
The challenge was to re-position RaboDirect as the savings specialists.
A bank that specialises in savings and investments only. The idea came from the insight that not all services are equal. We spend time considering our purchases, but very little considering where we save our money. This thought led to a humorous campaign about the escalating outcomes of making ‘just any’ decision, going on just any holiday, sending your child to just any college or hiring just any builder. You wouldn’t spend your money on just anything, so why save it with just anyone? You need the savings specialists. That’s not just any bank, that’s RaboDirect.
This was a fully integrated campaign with TV, online, social, print and radio. The TV ads were awarded at the 2015 ICAD awards and the 2015 Shark Awards.
